The Dead Sea
The Dead Sea lays four hundred meters below sea level. It is one of the major Israeli tourist sites. The salt content is about ten times more than sea water
First we visit the magnificient Masada on a high, isolated cliff. The fortress was built bythe king Great Herod two thousand years ago. The we tour at the Ein Gedi oasis, men-tioned in the Bible. We will see David's spring and the ancient synagogue.
We will finish the day by a beach at the Dead Sea, just floating and relaxing

Along the Coast of the Mediterranean Sea
The Northern Coast of the Mediterranian Sea in Israel is the home of several interesting natural and cultural sights.
The tour starts in the North at Rosh Hanikra. We descend by cablecar for a fascinating encounter with the sea grottoes. A walking path in the heart of the cliff exposes visitors to the grottoes.
In the Old City of Acre we visit the crusader citadel, the hall of knights, the ramparts of the city walls and the port. In Haifa we have a look on the panorama of the Bahai gar- dens. In Caesarea we visit the Roman theatre, the hyppodrome and the crusader fortress
